Diamond Pharmacy Services, located in Indiana Pennsylvania, is the largest independently owned and operated Pharmacy in Pennsylvania. Our 135,000 square foot state-of-the-art building allows our pharmacy to offer the very best in both servicing our clients and the breadth of services available.

Diamond Pharmacy caters to the specific needs of our nursing home client base tailoring programs that best fit the needs of each individual facility. Service and pricing have long been the cornerstones of our company's success. Diamond offers a variety of options within the framework of each component of service allowing every facility to produce the program that best fits their needs.

Our available services range from consulting to medical records, from formulary management to intravenous therapy, from quality assurance programs to respiratory therapy, and medical supplies. Diamond personnel are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Medical Records
We offer a wide variety of forms such as Medication Administration Records (MAR'S), Treatment Administration Records (TAR'S), Physician Orders (PO'S), and any monthly reports that are desired (labs, restraints, supplements, etc.).

Respiratory Therapy
Diamond has a full line of oxygen service to offer each client, including consulting our three on-staff Respiratory Therapists. Our therapists will assist you with, concentrator usage, tank usage, C-PAP, and Bi-PAP requests, ventilator requests, as well as any in-servicing needs you may require.

Intravenous Therapy
Diamond Pharmacy offers the expertise of our three RN'S to assist our clients in any IV Therapy requested. We provide certification courses for RN, and LPN's, video library availability, and intravenous starts (Midline, peripheral, PICC). Our clients receive daily delivery as well as daily communication to ensure complete satisfaction.

Formulary Management
Diamond Pharmacy has taken a partnership approach with our clients, with a major focus on assisting in cost management. We offer formularies to aid in this endeavor as well as pre-admission screening, and pharmacist recommendation.
